GET INTENSIV: CHOICE EVENT
RUN. HIDE. FIGHT. WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE?
On May 1st 2018, Intensiv had a VR simulation event that combined physical theatre with virtual reality technology. The event Choice, aimed to open discussion about terrorism. It combined an interactive installation layout involving, three VR simulations, art work created by the Intensiv team and work created by local artist Dave Allen. The event also displayed newspaper articles and photographs from past terror attacks.
Those involved in VR were asked to select their preferred experience prior to the event between run, hide and fight. Each VR simulation was unique to the participant as they were faced with a series of choices which had different outcomes.
Rotary International (Hampshire sector) had also attend our event and as our partners they gave a short speech about how to get involved with Rotary and the work they have done with us.
Overall, the event was a success. Thank you to our supporters who have helped us throughout this year long process, and have donated generously to the making of Choice.
